So, i had some 298mm alcon rear rotors, and ferrodo 2500 pads installed on my s4.
Recently, i noticed a shuddering from the rear brakes, under moderate to hard acceleration.
When i did a quick visual on the rear rotors, it appeared that only the outside of the rotor was coming in contact with the brake pad (the inside surface of both rear rotors looks untouched/scared)
Also, my e brake doesnt hold worth a damn.
The brake set up has less than 6000km on it.
I have the car with the mechanic right now, and he is saying there isnt anything wrong with the brakes, other than that the pads seem to be wearing unevenly.
Just looking for some other opinions? could my rear calipers be screwed?
