Yeah, the weigh scales are accurate, and the ~3700lbs weight that you saw was exactly consistent with all the Canadian S4's that I've weighed.

                  Re: BlakMarketClash's TiAL S605 Thread

Had the chance to start researching my catch can setup, I'm sorry if i write like a doctor, my hand is fractured!

I've bought 1/2" and 3/4" silicone tubing, all i need to do is source some fittings (T fitting atmospheric, and a 4-way fitiing) and some other little things.
If you have a problem, solution, or anything with this setup let me know. I'm pretty confident with the design.

Plus i want to delete my EVAP completely. I wonder if VAGCOM could be used to code out the EVAP.

MOPAC has Aeroquip and Earl's fittings which are spendy but nice.

For the EVAP code, I know with the B6 A4 1.8t it was an ECU code out to stop that MIL light. The SAI delete needed a resistor to prevent the other MIL.

Nice! I'm going to head there today and see if i cant get this under control! I guess the whole reason there is OBD 2 is for emissions haha. I'm going to do more research on this. I might reduce the lines and loop it in to itself.

Thanks to Jordan for the TB, worked like a charm, and it was good to meet you!!!

                        A Couple Updates;

With my pcv system designed on paper, i bought fittings and put it in, aswell as relocate my battery. Thanks to GREENLINE for all the silicone hosing!
It's all -12 an fitting/3/4" hose to match the case sizes.

                        Battery relocation kit

I took out the battery from original place to be used by catch can

Took out the old breather system which was starting to look grim inside...

Got side tracked and deleted my EVAP rail

Took the old battery tray cleaned it up and mounted it in the back right.

Began to prepare my catch can bracket, so it would be ready when im ready.

I began by running the crank case breather to a T

And by then the bracket was ready, which i tacked two clamps onto.

                        System COMPLETE!!

Next i used a #2 -> #2 butt connector to join the alternator and ECU/Relay terminal wire to the #2 AWG long run to the back. #2 was used to lower the resistance of the long run in the front to the back where the positive terminal is.

Didnt have the die needed, but 1/0 is close enough!

Splice was done behind the strut bar heading down the passenger side following the fuel lines

Then i took a break and went to the mountains! Thats a ****** ground squirrel in my hands!

As promised here is the HFS-3 install.

Hopefully this will demystify the procedure for some!

                              Started by getting everything out.

Next i marked where i was going to tap the meth tank, the float switch will be the one above the pump line.

I used a 7/8's (22.2mm)step bit to drill the burr free holes.

The float switch fit in after minimal convincing. The tank has pretty thick walls, so i had to trim the rubber seal slightly.

                              Compare:
                              original

                              trimmed

heres how i trimmed the seal with an angle grinder to make a smooth cut

Next i fished the float switch harness in the tank through the cap and out through the float switch hole.

                              I gently tightened the sensor.

Next was the micron filter/pump line. What i did was just put it in the tank and swish it around until the end i needed came out.

                              Locked her down

Next i brought everything to the trunk to begin the install process.

For some reason the setup feels really good in the driverside rear pocket. I totally steezed Gearhead's style mounting the pump! boom
I fit the line into the tank, mounted the pump and fitted the line from the tank into the pump in the direction stated.

Next i plugged a whole in the bottom of the pocket there to run the line from the pump to the FAV in the engine bay. I used a piece of hose to insulate it and two clamps to hold it in. The hole was drilled 1mm larger than the hose and it worked very well!

I ran the line to the engine bay in the extra bracket in the brake line raceway. worked great

Here's Kirk P. and he's really ****** serious about meth! hahaah classic

I followed the brake lines through the edge of the wheel well and up to the hydraulic system. And decided to mount the FAV there, being a relatively 'cooler' (i use that loosely) place to be. The flow line was coiled to prevent damage until i finished tapping the bipipe.

Despite stern warnings from the collective Audi society i tapped the APR bipipe anyway. It turned out great! Due to the placement one tap for the nozzles is farther away from the TB than the other. I'll compensate be using the 1.0 nozzle on the farther tap and the 0.9 nozzle on the closer tap.

I from the FAV i took the line and followed the hood latch with tie wraps so i could cut them whenever the rad support comes out. Came out in the middle to the T. (my hands are lookin rough!)

Here's another classic pic i cant leave out!
