s4 stereoizzo
Okay so i'm installing my headunit into the S4 while I wait on powar parts to arrive
so metra has the harnesses for bose
anyways.. why the F would they include 4 sets of RCAs and then say only use 2?? i guess the harness must work with other brands
they say use the green/purp rcas for rear speakers but then let the deck power the fronts
then i see stuff on audizine where guys use the front RCAs.. i'm not sure on that part
then they say.. plug the blue spare cable 'above the yellow' on the main harness for power to the antenna.. WTF.. they don't have a picture of where to plug it.. so stupid
anyways so i was getting it all prepared to solder tonight but need to build or order the pioneer bypass relay setup
so from my pioneer harness there is the amp turn on wire which then will connect to the harness's amp turn on which then will also tie to the antenna power on and the video bypass relay LOL
sounds confusing
anyone every do thier own install in thier B5?
brent helped me in the past with my serveral jetta stereos but it seems pretty straight forward
the only other question is on the audi harnesses the ones that will fit into the main black metra harness.. one audi one is black and one is brown
which ones go top or bottom?? i'm sure i can figure it out but thought someone may know
