Noticed my B5 A4 1.8T Quattro feels fine when i first start it and its cold. pulls hard etc. but after about 5 minutes it gets sluggish like im loosing boost. My guess is it feels like some boost hoses are bending or folding once they get warm or there is a boost leak. Anyone have any input on this. Its completely stock except intake and exhaust. Almost feels like limp mode maybe? would that throw a cel?

Re: Car is feeling weird after a couple min's
Could be soft limp mode, but if it's coolant temp related, then it's more likely a bad coolant temp sensor. It would be a good idea to plug in VAG-com and pull your fault codes.
If you end up needing a replacement sensor, I can help you out.Jordan

Yea my temp sensor didn't move today i noticed. That can cause the car to go slow? I will change it either way but if that fixes it that would be awesome.Ryan
