Oh ****. Well thats not good news at all. Although the clutch I ordered is half organic half kevlar.
Has anyone else run something? I was going to go Southbend (I've had great luck with them, even in the rally car) but really wanted to get away from the stock flywheel.

In fairness, I was using the VAST stage 4 with modified oem dmfw, talked to the boys at JHM and they said they spent more time developing their disc as well as mating it to their own Lightweight smfw, should prove to have more longevity due in part to the reduced mass.
I know Jay is using this combo on his 10.8 rs6r car, so I think you should be safe. Like I said, Kevlar doesn't suit my driving style, it may compliment yours fantastically

Hahaha no way. Track days, drag days, autocross weekends, long road trips and many many hard earned miles is the only way. If it breaks, fix it and make it much better.
