I've got the following done (all I want is a baseline number to compare to for next year)
GIAC-X chip
JHM front mount
Piggies, no cats
resonator removed
No boost leaks anymore forge DVs
Thats really all I have for engine stuff on the car.
Im currently toying with turbo upgrades, have some downpipes, looking at fueling for more power next year. Hopefully I can run 11.5, daily drive it and autocross without issues, in an S4..... hahahaha

I would think you should be expecting low 14's on a good run with K03s. There are certainly some good options out there for new turbos... Fts, RS6-Rs and the 034 ST.

Well I know for a fact they can break 14's at this altitude with just exhaust, 13.5 is the current record for bone stock at sea level of course. So fingers crossed I can break that too. If I can't beat my time I ran in a stock 7M supra I have issues.

Wont know until I run though.

I wish you all the best with that... (Dont want to sound too negative) just from experience it will be very difficult to get 13.5 with a chip and exhaust. Especially on pump fuel. Med Hat is quicker than Calgary, but I dont think by that much.
My best with a APR Stage 3+ A4 was 13.9 at 98 on a so so launch, (comparable to a chip/exhaust S4) and 13.1 @111 with a APR Stage 3 on race gas.(No cats, milltek DP and 3" exhaust) Im not sure how many other local cars have broken the 12 second mark let alone 11's... From what I remember Jordan was low 12's. Without pushing K04s to their limits you will certainly need something bigger.

Well obviously yes an 11.5 is the goal that I want to run after I do all the modifications I am planning.
As far as running in the high 13's, that really isn't a lofty goal by anymeans. I am hoping that a 13.8 is doable. I never said I would be taking it easy either, since I do have a chipped and straight pipe currently (no cats, mufflers). I'll be a bit dissapointed in the boat if it can't break a 14 sec quarter mile all things considered. All and all I run autocross so if it is a slow lack luster loose to a stock shitbox toyota, or JDM nissan in a drag race, no loss.

Although I've never seen one do it in Calgary (I've always run in Medicine hat, its lower and a bit faster), many S4s that run in other areas of the world (especially Colorado area) at similar altitude that run in the 11's. Guess that just means we need more people (myself included) to actually build and run there cars around here. Since I've only seen a handful of any imports to crack the 11's around here.

Keep in mind its not just the altitude, but the density altitude.. on a good summer night Race City could go from an actual altitude of ~3700ft above to well over 5000ft with the adjustments.
Anyways, you will have a much better chance at breaking into the 13's on a nice cool day, there are a few sites which you can check on the density altitude on certain days. Should be worth a good 2-3 10ths of a second (0.02-0.03) compared to Calgary.

I've got a Nogaro Blue B5 S4 - Stage 2 (J-Fonz Tune)
Rolling on ST coilovers and 19" RS4 reps.

Might need some help passing my inspection (getting DRLs)

ya i can help with the DRL inspection.....just jump them in the fuse box.
wire up the headlights to something with power that comes on with ignition, boom. turn on car, headlights turn on. rip out when you leave canadian tire.
