Have to give a big shout out to Allan at Auto-Camping.
This guy gave me the most impressive deals on oil and filter (for the A4), then was telling me to fire part number requests for the CQ to see what was available. Five minutes before closing.
The shop employees drive VWs, and one is a mechanic for an alcohol/methanol drag car, and even invited me to see the car at Hot August Nights tomorrow. Super friendly guys, lots of knowledge and contacts (= LOW prices, broad catalouge) and eager to help out.
Anyone in Edmonton looking for parts owes it to themselves to give them a call and/or head down.

Whereas if you special order Total oil from Westside Automotive, you're looking at $55 + tax in addition to the $11 + tax for the filter. FTR, it's $18 + tax for a filter at Southgate Audi, and all they have on tap is Crapstrol.
