Central Locking Pump - B5 S4

Anyone have any info or experience with the pump itself breaking? Central locking is totally gone, I can manually lock the 3 doors other than the driver. Driver cannot be manually pushed down. Alarm still works. Neither the fob, or the button on the door works to lock the car.

Audi is telling me/finding a way for it to creep to around $1000 to fix this....

LOL, $1000?

Does the pump break? Yeah, it happens. Sometimes the pump fails. Email me and I'll try to help out with getting a new one installed.

Thanks dude....yep $500 ish for the part - 3 hours labor...plus stealership bs = 1k
