Then explain why all highways in alberta have these wonderful signs:

This is the sign that absolutely fails in Alberta...BC and Sask have the signs that say "Keep Right Except to Pass", which make perfect sense. In Alberta you can hear each and every one of the doorknobs who are in the left lane muttering to themselves "I'M NOT SLOWER TRAFFIC, I'M NOT SLOWER TRAFFIC, I'M NOT SLOWER TRAFFIC, I'M NOT SLOWER TRAFFIC, I'M NOT SLOWER TRAFFIC...".
When I was in BC and working alongside the #1, we used to refer to any summer season passing lane activities as the "Alberta Mini Van Dance of Death"...as 14 mini vans/SUV's would all pull out to pass the 4 rental RV's at the same time...end rant...
