Although I haven't gone full tilt yet I've ran it at about 16-17 PSI and I've seen a pretty big difference in 1st and 2nd. Interestingly enough though there doesn't seem to be as much of a difference in 3rd. However it may seem more apparent once I can compare it at the higher boost levels I was running before.
On another note, tightening the wastegate seems to have solved some of the boost issues I was running into (not being able to boost past 20 PSI) I tightened the wastegate down 1.5 turns when I had the engine out and I saw 22 PSI on a really brief test pull before I let off. I think I may tighten it another turn when I have the time to pull the turbo again.
