  • allroad Update

Some of you know I wrote it off last December, well it's almost ready to go again. Hopefully running with in the next week seeing as I'd like to take it to Vegas

    Before:

    After:

Replaced the right rear upper and lower control arms, track arm, drive axle, bearing assembly, etc.

Did rear S4 calipers/carriers/discs. Replaced air suspension with KW V1s.

Also took the engine out to figure out a few problems I was having with the car before the accident. Figured it out and also changed a few things while it was out.

    3" downpipes

    On and ready to go

    That's it for now

When I got the engine out it I found that the passenger side inlet had come loose.

No way it's coming loose now..

Very nice, that Allroad is killer! Those dp's look just like mine, 034's I take it. Where did you go for the heatwrap Graeme? I'd like to do mine as well.

                Can you define how loose?

Schoolboy, nun, virgin, regular person, porn star, mother after delivery, or Lindsay Lohan?

So you're thinking that that's the reason you could never get the car to run quite right? If so, I'm glad you got it figured out.

                      Re: allroad Update

I think so, if one side was letting un-metered air in it would throw things off.

To bad I didn't find it with the multiple boost leak tests I did with Ryan

I boost leak tested lohan once. The meter couldn't even read that high.

Used CLR and a wire brush to clean myself.

I'm so tempted to MERMAN this thread.

                            :(

So.. when you bring the AR out to the lake on May Long.. its gonna run nice?
