From your other post it sounds like your DV is shot... if its APR get a new spring, if its another brand get a whole new one.

I just bought a staggered set of sevas s-stars off of a guy in the classifieds from Audizine, when I mount those on the car I will definitely put pics up. As it stands right now, I have had a K04 set up for about 3 weeks, 2 of those weeks I have been banging my head against the wall trying to solve an overboost issue? I have serviced the APR DV and put the new blue spring in it that concept 1 gave me to correct the problem, and for the first 5 minutes of driving my car felt back to normal.... then the honking and boost cut came right back... now im hearing a spring can be too strong and too weak? WTF??? Might just buy the forge DV and throw this APR abomination in the garbage.

Try borrowing someones stock valve... I run ~21psi through stock valves without problem...

Ive got a Jetta 1.8T stock diverter valve if ya want it free

Its out of an 2003 jetta so I believe it should be the same

I'm off all day or I can bring it to the meet tomorrow night



Edit- On second thought you Bad Mouthed Bob At Urban X. The diverter valve is now 25 bucks

I didn't bad mouth bob, I told people that tire rack dot com gave me a price on a pair of KUHMO tires for about 350 bucks less than I can get from bob or anyone in town for that matter. My buddy is friends with Carey Blaskin and bob gave me a better deal than Carey gave his buddy (for me)... that being said, Bob gives a great local deal, but seeing as I work in foreign currency and can wire USD anywhere in the states for BOC rates, I have a bit of a leg up on most peeps...
