Hey guys, I have a 2002 Audi A4 quattro 1.8t and the engine light just came on, instead of bringing it in, im thinking about just getting vag-com to scan it myself and see what the problem is. So I went to the Ross-Tech site and they range from 229.99 to 1199.99$!! I'm wondering if there even worth buying? Which one do you guys own? Whats the difference between the interfaces, and I already have a laptop so I dont need the one thats 1199.99. What do you guys reccomend?

Re: vag-com
My VAG-COM dongle cost me about $300 and it has been worth every penny. Buy it and sell it with the car down the road or even on the forum classifieds if you get rid of the car.
PS: If you're in Calgary I can scan your car if you want. PM me a phone number and we can hook up.Last edited by Mister T; 04-13-2010, 11:30 PM."Paranoia is just the eerie sensation of knowing you're right"
