  • Finally Picked My New Rims

Well I finally selected my new rims for my car, I am getting TSW Willows from Popp at Matrix motorsports. Going with 18s in a staggered fit, what do you guys think of the wheel? The rear is going to have a 3” lip on it.

Also I know the title is wrong, should be picked not pick, if a mod could update this for me that would be great.

      Thanks Blair.

I am doing a 1.2" front and 0.5" rear drop on Koni springs. With the Hamann front lip it should have a nice stance.

I've got spacers for it now, I'll have something pretty aggressive for the shows but I want a better stance than the GLI, I think the front was up too high on it.

She approves, she is just happy that I picked a wheel and I am done looking. What she doesn't know is there are more mods to research now.

I like TSW, they've been putting out nice designs lately. Keeping it simple and clean.

Interested in seeing how flush these are on your car... what tire sizes you thinking of running? How wide are the rims themselves? What about the offset(s)?

Re: Finally Picked My New Rims

Front is going to be 225/40/18 with an 18x 8 et 35 and the rear is going to be 18x9.5 et 45 with 255/35/18. The rear will be a little sucked in so I am going to look at running spacers in the rear, about 5mm or so. However running a 255, I may be able to run an 8mm.
