Wiper blades missing

My passenger side wiper blade (single plastic item) started missing the left side on the windshield area.
Noticed that in down position the blade has a clearance (1.5mm)to the window - only the left side of the blade.
Replaced the blade with a new one, same type.
Same missing spot. Same clearence to the windshield.

Should I use the old conventional type of blade, or the arm is to be blamed?
On C5 the arms are quite solid and bending is cumbersome.
Or the arm spring is weak and has to be replaced?

check the arm connection to the blade. mine was stiff and was preventing the blade from pivoting on the arm. i think i WD40'd it or something, loosened up the joint, and works fine again.

yea i had 2 year old aero wipers. the one started going to ****.. just lifted it up and sprayed the spring with WD and punched it and back to business

I did the lubrication already with no avail.
Some sanding (plus lubrication) would be next.
Dealer carry the frameless type blades only=> the old frame type blades would be the correct solution here.
Any source for spare arm spring (the whole arm is $70)?

tell your dealer to fix it, because it shouldn't be broken. aggressor sets the rules.
