  • NGK BKR6EGP on 2.7T

Wondering if anybody has an experience with BKR6EGP /G-Power Platinum on 2.7T (BEL) engine?

(dealers sell PFR6Q, but the OEM plugs are Bosch FR7DPP33?

    Thx,

i have bkr6es coppers on my s4 and they work fine for a stage 2.. other than you need to change them every oil change

      The platinums work great.

        Jordan,
        Do you mean "BKR6EGP"?
(all models stated are platinums, I believe).

        Any drawbacks for BKR6EGP?
What is the expected life on a stock engine?

If you'd rate all of them based on performance and price - what'is the lineup look like?

        Thx,

          Yessir.

Drawbacks? They cost a little bit more than copper plugs.

I ran those same plugs for about 50k km's on a stage 2 2.7T, and they were still going strong when I pulled them out.

I've seen the best performance and longevity on the Bosch Platin sidefires, then the NGK Iridium, then NGK Platinum BKR6EGP. I only use the Bosch sidefires in my own cars as well as customers' cars these days, the things last forever.
