Well tough to have the issues and not be able to get your dream car, but don't think you would be too unhappy with a car like that one, pretty hot!

Will be fun to see some new cars in the 2010 season too!

chris i'd take the b7 avant in a heartbeat! but do you want that 4.2? they sound sick but i guess you know dirks well.. your used to turbos now so you may want to stick with that

why not build up a project b5 avant RS4 widebody the ***** and your set

or maybe look at a new b8 a4 avant?

but for 29kUS thats a sweet deal for sure.. just have to go to colorado i spose

i'd look REALLY hard if your going avant direction and try and find one with alcanatara seats if you fancy those.. although nothing wrong with nappa leather either

i was gonna say.. my 2.7t is FINE.. then again i drive like a puss but i did fill up with 94 this week and burned a tank up in 3 days because it gets parked next weekend.. but i found a few love for my car with 94 powa!!!.. not to mention if all goes well its going to look sexy and custom as hell come mayish

I just put an RS4 MAF housing on, as I was maxing out the stock one, was able to turn the meth injection back on, car is running like a champ again. I think everybody should have to own at least 1 2.7t. I really cant fault your choice Chris, those B7 S4 avants are super sexy, black on black on black on black, you get the picture

I work on cars all day evry day , the last thing i want to do is work on my own car evry friggan weekend , so i need a car with great power stock and reliability , the 4.2 is a way more proven workhorse than the 2.7 ever was . i know you guys love your 2.7 and thats great but they are not verry quick stock , (ryan your s4 is barely faster than my wifes 2.0t auto) so then you need to start modding, then the reliability goes to crap . then i am back where i started . so s4 v8 , exhaust ,chip . yea baby ,

haha chris.. my s4 would kill your 2.0t sorry.. i always go up 1 gear higher than i should to give people a chance.. and i have a boost leak to boot.. right now i sit -16 in vacuum which is no good :(

but yes takes more maint for sure.. luckily for me the only thing i've had to fix engine wise is oil and timing belt oh and removal of that stupid clutch fan

really tho my next car will probably be a 3.0supercharged audi or a 4.2 depending on the wifey/job/moving
