Oil pan pad heater

I'm looking to stick one heater on my oil pan.

C.Tire sells them for $120 (250W).

Any syggestions for better pricing?

Gregg Distributors has a bigger selection, but I don't think they come much cheaper.

ebay has them for like 50 bucks from what i've found..

On a second thought=> what would be the number of occasions one could find a power outlet handy=> I might spare $120 and some labor time.
I'll cancel the intend for pad heater.
