I chipped a guys a6 2.7t and after it has a wicked buck after 4000rpm hard acceleration . changed all the coils and plugs . any ideas . no codes

Boost leak test the car and scan for codes with VAG. I'm betting on a boost leak or dead EGT.Jordan

I would check for codes with VAG. Not to undermine what Ryan is saying, but IME EGT's usually throw codes when they die, but not always. Also do a boost leak test.Last edited by The_Jerbel; 09-15-2009, 05:10 PM.Jordan

Sometimes it takes 30ish km's before the code appears, but it usually does appear eventually.Jordan
