yea jordan it wouldn't be covered.. rust has to go all the way through a panel.. i read a thread on audiworld where a guy had a similar situation and took a needle sized drill bit and drilled a hole through the spot.. waited a few months then complained again and it was taken care of..

i'm just sad about the scenario as it looks ghetto but at least its not as bad as it could have been.. sad to see a 8 year old car with rust tho!!!
