I seen a sliver S4 rip by me on the deer foot on saturday I was just woundering if it was this car?

i was driving north to red deer on deerfoot @ 11 am saturday

The car was silver with the back window's tinted and from what it looked like stock wheels. We were going north bound it was in the am but I am not sure what time. The car was cruising pretty good so it was hard to tell will we were in the gf neon

Would this S4 be able to hold it's own agaisnt that 800hp S3?

Tough to say for sure, the S3 is lighter and has a higher chp. Final output #'s sometimes don't tell just how well the car will perform, but from the article that I read on the S3 I would say that it is well built all around. I can tell you that it will most definitely be quicker than any other S4 in Alberta.

Yeah, it's tough to say for sure. Peak hp isn't a very good indication of how a car will perform throughout the rpm range. The area under a dyno chart would give you a better idea of how each car would stack up.

BTW, the car is 97% back together. Just need to torque down the rear axle bolts, install a few heat shields, install the CB exhaust, and she's ready for the motor break-in.

yah that was me. i had my stockers on heading up to red deer. tinted adn silver

Only time will tell, but it will be stronger this time around than it was last time.

Well, she's alive.....again.

Spent the last couple of hours this evening bolting everything back together, and took her for her maiden voyage with the new 2.8 motor. I called Mark so he could hear his car running again

Now just need to do about 1000 miles of engine break-in, and it's time for tuning.
