The truth is, if I make a mistake, I'll fix my mistake for free.
I once did a TB job 3 times before I figured out that the hydraulic tensioner wasn't holding pressure properly, and would let the belt loosen slowly after a few hours of driving. Since I supplied the parts, I took responsibility and did the labour for free on the 2nd and 3rd time I did the job. Isn't that right, Jeremy? (thepooj)
If the customer supplies the parts, I take no responsibility for those parts, only for my work.
