    Re: Project Tial650 S4 complete...

Does anyone know if this Tial car is going to be at euro quake? I am hoping to see it and maybe the person that owns it will be willing to do some runs with my buddy with and RS6

The best 0-60 I ever did in my car was a 3.6....on street tires. This car will probably do 3.4ish, and maybe closer to 3.2 or less with drags.

The engine needs 500km for proper break-in, as well as the clutch. Keep it out of boost and keep the engine below 3500 rpm's.

K04s will yield about 550 chp depending on the supporting setup and tune. This setup will be good for 730 chp or so, depending on how hard you want to push things.

The amount of money you'll need REALLY depends on what your current setup is like, what kind of peripheral parts you'll need (and want), and how extensive you want the engine work to be. PM me if you have specific questions.

My car currently is bone stock so I think what I might do is start by getting some of the supporting mods

There will be several 'regular' Stage 3 S4's there... and Im sure one of us will be more then willing to do a few pulls. Should provide more then enough challenge for the RS6....

Do you have your Tial car all broken in? And tuned up

When you say tune is that just puting in a chip or is that all out changing things around with the computer? Usally how long does it take to tune a car like this? If I were to buy K04 would I need a tune or a chip?

A custom setup like a TIAL car, will require several stages of running/logging and then checking logs and tweaking the ECU's existing file in order to optimize performance and create a safe and reliable final tune. K04's definitely require a tune or chip(same thing), K04's can get away with an off the shelf tune for the most part, when adding meth or other power aids (yes aids not adders) a custom tune would be preferred
I may appear to be nice, but don't be fooled, I probably don't like you

Most people use an OTS tune, and provide a very good performing car. You can always squeeze a few extra ponies out with a full custom tune, or by tweaking the OTS one.

yep.. i prefer OTS stuff myself as i'm lazy and 450-480hp is plenty for me.. too bad my lil guys still spin like day 1 (knock on wood) LOL
