There's no point with these turbos. Maybe if you're running a big single or some GT2871's or something, but the Tials (similar to a GT2560) spool up just fine with the exhaust flow from the 2.7. If I was going to bore the engine I'd skip going 2.8 and jump straight to 3.0.

Bottom end has Pauter connector rods, fresh rings, fresh pistons, and new seals.

Ok no worries, I was under the impression ytou were looking to get out for pulls right away. Mind me asking the ballpark that a project like this costs? (pm is fine.. or we can wait till the pulls!)

How much boost is this car going to be running?

That depends on the outcome of the logging and tuning. It's essentially going to be running a remote custom tune. It will most likely spike at around 28ish lbs and hold 23-25ish lbs to redline.
