OMG my buddy took delivery today.. HOLY CRAP that 4.2 with the full exhaust sounds NUTS.. i thought geralds RS4 sounded mean.. this thing roars!! car was sooo nice.. i'll try and get him out to a meet this summer

Hopefully none of the B6 owners take this personally, but the V8 S4 is like a little yappie shih-tzu. Lots of bark, not much bite.

IMO B6/S4 more like a roaring B5/S4 more like its screaming. Either way they both sound great depending on the mods.
