i wonder how you could open the door if they were removed for a week? just pull the cable by hand hahaha or unroll the window and use the outside handle and then lock the car via the key to shut the window again hahaha

my driver one needs to be repalced anyways its loose/jacked right now

could always take them in town to calgary powdercoating near C1.. i took my old wheels there and they were great to deal with.. they have a HUGE color chart too

If its local.. its certainly easier. Problem is that they usually have minimum prices.. so a bunch of people would have to go in together. I wonder if it would be easier to find someone with a junk stove and DIY???

We have industrial ovens here at work I use them to bake our electronics.

You can get home powdercoating kits.. in which you coat the product and bake them in an oven... trouble is apparently its messy, so you dont want to use your home oven.

really it'll probably cost you 100 bucks for the kit.. i'd just take it to calgary powercoating and get them to do it..

for my wheels it was like 100/wheel so 4 little tiny handles should be cheapy.. well i'd think anyways

i don't think paint on them would hold up though.. needs to be tough

Thing is most have a minimum price/order.... (or at least a few I called regarding wheels did) so typically they wont just do 4 tiny handles.. at least not priced competitively.

strangely, i enjoy the chrome handles . is that wierd? or did some of the old man woodgrain trim rub off on me?
