Well i thought i would share some info about how the 1er handles on the track...
It was my second day at race city to take the advanced Level 2 track Tecniques.
As i pull up and park in the pits beside the rest of the BMW's, i realize that every single guy there has e92 M3 There was 2 nicely tuned E46 M's too..![Wacko](https://www.eurodrivers.ca/forums/core/images/smilies/wacko.gif)

The morning part we worked on trail braking line, mixed in with lots of fast laps to practice what we learned..
I will give the pro's and cons of what i felt with my 1er..
PRO's
-Car is Fast WOW![Amazed](https://www.eurodrivers.ca/forums/core/images/smilies/amazed.gif)
in the straights the M's could not pass me nor could i pass them... One guy after said to me how it was amazing to see the M3 not able to pull on me...
In the corners the car handles very well, holds the line nicely even with my DCT off. Comparing it to the M3's i was racing with, they were slower in the corners then me... Maby my line way better, maby they were not good drivers (some were scary to watch in the corners) one went off the track in turn 3 but recovered back to the black stuff.. after eating some grass and dirt.
-Its was 29 degrees at the track today, but even with the heat and hard hard driving the car did not go into limp mode, and the the power stayed strong all day... This was shocking since my car runs hotter then most cars driving to super store![Toung](https://www.eurodrivers.ca/forums/core/images/smilies/toung.gif)
Plus 335 135 are known for over heating when punching it causing it to pull back boost and going into limp mode...
Now the cons
- first thing i noticed while driving hard was my traction light was blinking after coming out into the straights or just small things ... Slowing me down.. I think for the power im pushing 255 in the rear are too small... or y tracking is way to sensitive..
-No LSD... This is one huge advantage the M's have on me...
So over all i was very happy with my car and my driving... Racing snowboards for a good part of my life, really helped me learn the basics and a few other more advanced things right away. Line, apex, gas its all the same, just instead of flying down the hill at 70 to 90KM with a board on my feet, im flyingin a rocket ship at 230km in some parts![Amazed](https://www.eurodrivers.ca/forums/core/images/smilies/amazed.gif)

I did not know racing cars and rippen around a track could be so fun... I love it, im addicted already... I think this just might turn into my new pass time in the summer when im not racing Snowboards.. I still have so much more to learn... I have a way different out look at race car drivers and way more respect... Cause its not as easy as it looks..
