Boost guage filter

Anyone know where i can find that filter for a boost gauge i have a buzz that i would like to get rid of.

i have a reducer in-line that cut out 90% of the buzz. I think it came with the kit from C1. Maybe try them?

Apparently those tiny little fuel line filters work awesome for this. I've never tried it myself as my new AWE gauge came with a filter, but guys all over the forums have used the fuel filters with success...should be able to get one at AutoValue or PartsSource.

yea my awe v2 has one built into the back of the gauge and still buzzes! i need to go down to c1 and buy a T fitting one

roger did you install that V1 i sold you? that one oddly didn't buzz for me.. but my version 2 does :(

oh well. new fancy DVs this week maybe that will help

Yes put it in the A4 and buzz's when ever you have any boost on it's pretty loud my AWE that i sold to someone on here came with the fuel filter which i passed on when i sold it.

But the A4 has a boost leak in it only boosting 14psi on the GIAC X. Got the exhaust to go back on (waiting for the down pipe to arrive) the hubcentric rings are being built by the machine shop at work soon it should be in decent shape other than the oil leak that is getting worse by the day.

I just bought the smallest inline fuel filter I could find from PartSource.. it was still pretty big, but worked well.

You done with the pressure tester? I might need the regulator and gauge part back so i can fab something up for the A4

Yep, all done.... no leaks.. but I feel a slight missfire coming on!

I tried the inline fuel filter, the restricting T and nothing has stopped my buzzing.

add to the list of broken things on the A4 another CV boot same one that has gone twice before and another rear diff seal 4th time for that one. I f^&*ing hate this POS.

Auto Value, Part Source , CDN tire all do not carry a filter small enough even tried looking at the lawn mower filters at CT and it was just to big on the hose ends nothing seems to fit the 4mm hose.

I used hosing that was slightly bigger.....maybe ask on QW/AW/AZ?
