i used xenondepot.com
they are out of TO or montreal i forget but good guys and good prices.. warranty too
i've warrantied 2 of my philips ballasts with them since i self fried them washing my engine bay.. no issues -

How about this find??
I was cruising on eBay, and found an HID retailer that is located in Calgary! A full set is $120, and the ballasts as a pair are $80!
He lives downtown.. so I am going to stop by tonight and take a look!Comment

It ended up being a bulb that was burnt out, and I managed to find extra parts in my garage.. so I didnt end up purchasing them. I am going to purchase new bulbs form him eventually though, just waiting for them to come in.
I assume the guy is legit.. he is a powerseller, and was more then willing to have me pick them up at his house.. My guess is someone who ordered a load of them from CHina..Comment
