Random allroad question

Does anyone else's AR have an antenna that comes out/down by the rear view mirror? it looks like a GPS antenna or SAT radio or something?

Another 05 AR i looked at had this built into the roof antenna it was like 1/2 sharkfin 1/2 normal if that makes sense


any ideas? i have no owners manual yet so i'm clueless
but was thinking of installing a RNS-E into the AR and was curious about the antenna being there

lol no clue.. it has 4 wires going to it.. i don't have the SAT option on the radio and I don't have the sirius or xm box in the hatch
