It could be HG or turbo, but given the tendency of these cars (the motor is nearly bullet proof), I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that your turbo(s) blew.

Would love to go big but with all the stuff i would need to do in there i am probably already staring at 5K and thats if i stay with K04's but i will be getting some JHM shifter stuff and a vast clutch so you will be getting a call when i sort it all out.

With your pressure plate, just get a resurfaced one....

I find it out that there wasnt any warning (if it was the turbos) as most show signs of wear.. then boom.

You mean a resurfaced FW? You can't really get a resurfaced PP....

Sometimes they give warning signs, but sometimes they just all of a sudden fail one day.
