Not exactly, Mark. There is other software, but you have to know what you're doing because you can completely modify any and all parameters of the software inputs and outputs.

Lemmiwinks is the only free software available which is "lawyer-safe" (even someone with very little knowledge can use it without destroying their car).

I use lemmiwinks all the time to modify people's tunes, and there are other programs that we use as well to tune ME7.1

I said "publically available and free". I am aware of quite a few others that you can purchase...

Hey Jordan are you talking about the work "nyet" has done via TunerPro? I've been researching it through his S4wiki postings etc. and it's hard to find good info on the workings of this custom tuning for the ME7. If you have some more good info on this would you be willing to share some of it with me? If so shoot me a pm, I'd like to have a little more flexibility with the tuning than lemmi allows me, particularly when it comes to boost.

        Cheers!

There are others that are publicly available and free. They're just not easy to find.

You're seriously nitpicking at words here... if you have to search high and low to find something.. I wouldnt consider it publically available.

If the average Joe can't find it with a two min google... Id consider it not publically available.

I'm sorry if you feel attacked or something here, Mark. I'm not trying to nitpick anything, I'm simply saying that there ARE options out there, other than Lemmi, if you want to really get into tweaking your software.

                    Re: B5 s4 - sds

I have an SDS in my neon and I think it works like a charm.

I looked at (and still look at) other standalones as for as much of a tech/gadget nerd as I am I don't see a lot of value in the other systems over the SDS. Perhaps if they were all the same price then the others would shine but not for 150% to a lot more than an SDS.
