Disabling DRL's on E46?

Im about to install some angel eyes and i theyre going to be wired so theyre always on when the car is on, so i want to disable the DRL's. Ive read that the dealer will do it, but as ususal, theyll rape you for it... Anyone know any other ways? All it takes is a computer, anyone got one or know someone?

illegal for the dealer to do it,and if you happen to find a shop that will,stay away.

yeah everything i read was from the US :( some private shops can do it though, anyone have any suggestions?
