the local one would probably be www.projecttechnik.com, thats the only one I know of. I'm sure there's more but I just haven't heard of any or am part of any, lol.

Although the car posted is in the states. Not in Canada, just so you know...

I figured that one wouldn't be local, just to give an idea.
Something like vortex would be good.

That specific car is all over bimmerforums.com and the owner is a regular poster. The quality of the site has slightly gone down hill to older E30 cars with basically no mods but there are still nice cars on the site, they just don't get flaunted like they used too.
