      Something is broken in your vacuum system, you have a HUGE vacuum leak which would most likely explain all of your codes.

      The same thing happened to my 1.8t A4.

        I changed all the old hardened rubber vacuum lines.
        Then started the car with out the mass air flow hooked up, and it ran fine.

        Then when i plugged everything back, including the mass air flow. the car ran really bad.

        So for now i just unhooked the maf, and it seems to run good.
