Starter is toast...

Merry x-mas to me I guess. I've been driving without ANY issues since I did my turbo swap in the summer, and all of a sudden yesterday the b!tch wouldn't start! Just one click and that's it. I tried tapping the starter with a hammer in case the solenoid was just stuck, but that didn't seem to work. Normally I would just do the swap myself, but in this god awful cold, no thanks. The car is being towed to George today so that he can fix her up...but I'm 95% sure the starter is bad. Just my little rant for the day...

Anybody had a starter replaced recently? What did it cost (or do I want to know)?

Hi Kyle,
Maybe talk to Jordan as he was having similar issues with his car last year, his starter relay was having issues I believe, check it out if you haven't already.

I was correct, starter was fried...thanks to George for getting her up and running EXTREMELY quick Would've liked to have replaced it myself, but not at the current temperature lol...
