Is it even available? Thru all the various builds on AW I havent heard of anyone doing this.... especially going larger then K04's...

No advantages unless you're taking it on the track, even then for this car it's negligible. Dry sump systems are fantastic if the car is made for it, otherwise it's not worth converting to one, even if it's available.

I know of a few that are on vr6's. The kits are very pricy tho. Not really worth unless it's a track car like said above or a drag car.

For a dry sump (WTF is a dry pump?) you require more than just an oil pan. You'll need to set up at least one external pump most likely two (one to take oil from the reservoir and pump it through the engine, and one sump pump to suck all of the oil out of the sump - oil pan), mount a remote oil reservoir which will hold all of the oil (hence the name dry sump), and run at least a couple of oil hoses, plumb it back into the (now modified) oil system, and make sure everything works (otherwise you're engine is toast).

Weld the stock oil pan, or better yet, buy a new one to replace it.
