I went out to my car tonight to go to work and noticed that someone scraped my front bumper on the driver's side. It's scraped all the way down to the plastic at one point. Of course the douche didn't leave a note or anything so I'm just wondering how much it would cost to paint and as well how much an RS4 bumper is worth and where to get one. Thanks guys.

was at Cosmos Collision this week to get an estimate for a front bumper respray. With the condition of mine, it is better to replace. Total cost was a little under $2k. Repair and repaint was only about $300 less.Jeff

its funny because the b5 fronts are quite brittle mine is cracked from hitting ice in the center bottom.. i'm tempted for respray too but i'm almost going to just buy a new front and keep this for the winter to take the rocksComment

The OEM RS4's are much less brittle because they're made from ABS, not fiberglass. You can get fiberglass versions for quite cheap, but the genuine ABS models are going to run you well over $1000 plus paint and shipping.Jordan
