WHERE IS IT!?!?!?!

First set of turbo's I got, the drivers side was dumping oil externally between the center cartridge and the turbine housing,
as well as internally into the turbine housing.

Sent them in... got these ones back. Center cartridge is misaligned on both:

It looks like I may be re-assembling the turbos if we can get a non-liability letter from BW...

Because these are new units we just sent back to BorgWarner. They have admitted to the mistake, but their only response so far has been "you can fix that".

Wow 2 f#$^ ups that's pretty discouraging. I've been hearing about several issues with the K04's over the last while. Coincidence...maybe, but it might also be a sign from god to go bigger.
