I bought my 01 S4 three months ago for $17,500 (taxes included, 160K), at the same time I had negotiated another dealer down to $17,500 for an S4 with 125,000 kms...
Based on my research at that time I wouldn't have paid more than $15k (taxes in) for a 2002 A4.

It depends on how the car is maintained. Some higher mileage cars can be better kept than ones with 100,000 km. Shop around and text drive em.
