Thinking of Selling My B5

I'm most likely going to be selling my 1999 Audi A4 1.8t Quattro. The interior is in great shape. Has extra set of winter tires on rims. Has 215K for milage and has a new windshield and well as brand new control kit on. Has great potential for mods. Just wondering what I should try to sell it for? 8k to much or too little.
