I saw this the other day...apparently those "bumpers" are screwed in, so the holes would have to be filled and painted to get rid of them...brutal if you ask me.

My friend sold an R8 earlier in November that didn't have those tumors on them. It was a Canadian spec car, aswell, so not sure why all of a sudden these bumperettes are being added.

Ryan - I think the photo of the interior simply has harsh lighting from a point & shoot camera's flash. Nothing looks good in harsh light like that.

Sidenote - that Asian fella looks like a guy who went to my highschool.

I wouldn't fret about the interior.

The Porsche interior also get some negative comments in pictures but sitting in my car its fantastic. Pictures don't always do it justice, leather tends to look off color or washed out, and a lot of the richness doesn't come across.

Yeah that interior shot is just really bad. The R8 and TT have almost the same interior, and anyone that's seen the interior of my TT would probably agree it's one of the nicest around.

The bumperettes should be Canadian spec, any cars without them may just have had them removed. A Euro spec bumper is actually surprisingly cheap to pick up and replace, no bumperettes and no side markers!
