Replace the starter while the engine is out!!!! I just did an engine pull a month ago and now the starter is starting to act up on me. DAMN IT! I've gotta figure out a way to replace that slut without pulling the engine again. argg These cars are a joy to own lol

lol damn dude! i need to replace my heater motor now.. bugger has been sqeaky for over a year but its driving me now.. last weekend i took it out of behind the glovebox.. beat it with a hammer and cleaned it all up and sprayed some wd40 in there for lubage (which i doubt helped haha) and its still squeaky.. not as much but still.. weak

Take it out again, take the cover off the motor solenoid, put some 3in1 down there and let it sit overnight. Re-install.Jordan

yea i had no 3 in 1.. so i wd40d that pig lol.. i may just buy a new one.. i'm in a mood to replace a bunch of stuff.. i need to buy a front plate peice from the dealer so i'll probably just order a new motor too..

That blows Jordan...I didn't know the starter was such a ***** to get at. Maybe I'll replaced it as a "just in case" when I do my turbos haha.

Yeah Kyle, I DEFINITELY recommend replacing the starter while the engine is out. It's one of the few accessories that is worth replacing "just because" the engine is out.Jordan
