Thanks for the help fellas. I've been told that near the airport there's a place, but I have no idea where.

Nothing at Race City... but there is a Mohawk right by the airport viewing area on 32nd that has VP MS 103, VP MS 109 and C16 (116, leaded)
Its pricey though... a small barrel of VP MS109 is $100 which is 19 Litres..

Awesome, thanks dude.
I tried the Husky directly east of the airport and they had nothing higher than 87. LOL
That huge Mohawk with a truck service section is the one you're talking about?Jordan

Indeed. Kinda an awkward left turn if you are coming from Deerfoot.. basically turn where the people plane watching go....then you walk through the gas station door... go to the left, and there is a desk at the back.
They tried to talk me into 103.. but went with 109 as I would still have some 93 in my tank..
Is it worth it to tune the 100 program in this weather with these intake temps? Or is it for a litle fun run?
it is expensive.. but OH so much fun!!Last edited by R-Audi; 12-06-2007, 03:14 PM.

Re: So where in this city can I go to get 100+ oct???
Yeah leaded fuel will foul your spark plugs, injectors, cats, and 02 sensors in a hurry.
109 is what I'll go with.
I'm actually getting a new file from VAST which is pretty freaking sweet. It is custom tuned and adapted for 4000 feet above sea level for 94 oct, and instantly adapts to 100+ oct. No need to switch ECU's or even files. Just pump and play
So I'll tune the new software moderately aggressive for 94 oct in this weather, and it should adapt perfectly to 94-109 oct in more moderate weather.
Right now I am getting an AFR of about 11, as where when it was a bit warmer I was running right around 12, where it should be. I'll tune the new software to about 11.3-5 in the cold and that should put me right where I want to be for year-round fun. haha
I figure I'll keep a little 109 in the garage for those occasions when my friend gets ballsy with his Gallardo.
Mark,
Hows your car running these days now that you've fixed the boost leaks?Last edited by The_Jerbel; 12-06-2007, 05:26 PM.Jordan

I havent pressure checked to see if everything has held up, but it has been running well... I bumped it down to the 91 program right now... its amazing the difference in mileage I get!! well that and possibly not being able to fully accelerate without spinning the wheels
