  • Just did a little tuning with Mike "Piggie" @ VAST today...

Today we just did the initial Lemmi tweaking to the VAST stage 3 HB that I installed recently. There is still lots of fine tuning left to do, but here is a FATS run I did tonight. I did them on the 93 program and running 94 oct Husky gas. The first two runs were slightly up hill, and I did them out near Springbank airport (roughly 200 feet higher in elevation than Calgary) which is at ~4000 feet above sea level.

Wow that is some incredible power or such early lemmi settings. More tweaking your FATS should be 3.5 or under, get a good race file sorted and you might be able to get in the 2's. 500+hp on early tuning is amazing. It's good Mike helps with the settings needed over the phone or net and not want your car to be in Detroit or whereever their shop is located, I know a few other companies like EPL etc. want your car in shop for tuning time with their not so OTS kits. Congrat's and you make me sick...lucky bastard!

I've read as little as 18-20% loss for Audi Quattro

yeah that number is usually dyno specific... I think 21-22 would be the median..

Hey thanks Rob, I'm glad I went with the VAST kit now, good value for the $$$ and awesome potential to make good power.

                      Kor,
The drivetrain loss is calculated into the website that calculates the FATS stats. Don't blame me Typically dyno's will say to multiply by 1.18 to get chp, so probably a little more for quattro, maybe 20-22 is about right.
