NEED HELP, car won't start after installing new deck

Hello everyone,
I purchased the Kenwood DDX-8017 a while back, installed it, everything works, turned car on, everything works, took it out and was waiting to get an alarm system.

Finally got the alarm put in (compustar2W9000FM-AS), so now I put the Kenwood system back in. Plugged everything in, everything works. Tested out sounds etc. Tried to turn the car on. NO GO. It just won't start. I turn the key and I here a couple of beeps and the lights on the dash start to flash.

WTF can this be?? Is the Alarm preventing the start???

Really FRUSTARATED RIGHT NOW....
Any suggestions??

My Remote for the Alarm tells me that I have 12.8v and 1.6v.

Blew a fuse? No idea.

I charged the battery, and it works now.
But when driving, and I turn my signals on to go left/right, well I can see them flashing on the outside but inside I don't get the blinking on my dash. and the click, click, noise.

Check fuse?
