as far as NW bmw.. when i test drove 330s there they treated me like GOLD! and i'm a young guy.. i think having the 2 dealers really makes them compete for sure.

Sounds like southgate, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. There are a few good people there but the majority are rude and lack interpersonal skills. I think they also judge people based on their age etc.

I know that at southgate the sale ppl can sell any car on the lot, including VW's and used cars. Is this the case at glenmore? Find a nice VW salesperson who is used to dealing with people of lesser income and buy the audi through them.

I don't understand why some sales ppl act like their job is so hard. I've sold **** before and it's not that hard, you just have to be helpful and decent to the customer.

I was there last week and we dealt with Matt. No problems and he was very helpful. Tossed us the keys for an A6 and said go have fun.
