I’m curious about something, is it possible to reinforce the sub frame to make it stronger. So it won’t crack in the future/prevent it from cracking, and if so how much would that cost??

yup. i believe it will make stronger. but i also believe that installation cost of kit is as much as repair cost of subframe. so, it's almost better to wait until your subframe rips out(if happens) and install the kit while you are fixing it.
