I ordered Brilliant Black with Magma Red leather interior... also got every option... enhanced leather, magnetic ride, bose audio with sirius, navigation with iPod connector, bluetooth phone connection and parktronic. Surely wasn't cheap, but is really the car I want so I *should* be happy.
Now to think of mods... I have found some H&R lowering springs specifically made for the magnetic ride suspension! That might have to wait for a bit though.
Magnetic Ride is a wicked adaptive suspension technology that employs a magnetic oil fluid in the shocks and combines that with magnets on the outside of the shock. By altering the voltage applied to the shock, it adjusts the viscosity of the fluid inside, thereby altering the dampening characteristics of the shock. It's used on the new Ferrari F599 and new Corvette.
yea those new koni FSD shocks are kinda like that i think either way.. top gear just gave the new TT a wicked rating.. they said the previous TT was just a fancy golf but this new one is what a TT is supposed to be..

The FSD's are multi-valved to be frequency selective. It's supposed to be a wicked little system, but it's not actively managed like a MR system.
Every review I've read says this is a totally different beast than the last TT. It's gaining very favourable reviews against the Cayman and Z4. Wicked!!!
