FEELER: End of September Edmonton Meet

Anyone interested in an end of September Edmonton Meet?

It would be tentatively scheduled for 6:30pm Sept. 28th at the Jasper Ave Boston Pizza.

I'm throwing this out their as a feeler because the weather has been gross lately and I'd hate for only two or three people to show up.

So, depending on how many people respond to this thread in one weeks time, I will make it official or not.

Or perhaps give people a few weeks notice, and perhaps have an early October one?

I'd be nice to have a final meet for the season, and have some heads up for any events or anything else we have planned for next spring.

hmmm. i'd be in for another meet. maybe we should do one on a weekend though? friday or saturday night? dunno.....maybe this'll work better for some people

Perhaps a weekend date would work better for most people? Let's see some other people's opinions, what works for you guys for a season ending meet?

Maybe you guys should try and set up a regular night every month like, first friday or wednesday or something!!

How does Saturday October 14th sound?

I picked this date because:

Alex and I are busy on mon, wed, fri's
Matt works every thurs evening
Ryan is busy late Sept and on the weekend of the 7th and 8th
And Chris.....doesn't care when it is

Early Oct. is bad for me because I have alot of assignments due at school. I realize that not everyone can attend every meeting, but at least this way we can have a decent amount of people come out.

Sorry guys, but I just realized I have a wedding to go to on Oct14th

This screw's both Alex and I for the weekend. However, if the 14th still works for you guys, I encourage you guys to go ahead and have the meeting without us.
